Dedicated to measuring absorbance through microplate, K3 Plus uses an 8-channel vertical optical density detection concept. The 8-bit high-quality interference filter wheel with a wavelength range of 400 to 750nm, the large 7inch coloured display, the flexible internal software and the excellent instrument performance provide great flexibility in a variety of diagnostic applications.

 

Working principle of K3 PLUS Automatic Microplate Reader for Quantitative Elisa Assay

The K3 Plus ELISA reader is an 8-channel vertical path optical density detector designed to perform standard photometric measurements.

The universal built-in software of K3 Plus enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay allows for endpoint method and kinetic reading mode. The flexible critical value calculation and curve fitting algorithm enhance the flexibility of data operation for K3 Plus enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in various diagnostic applications. The extended memory can store up to 500 measurement methods. Each software package combines different measurement and calculation modes (see Section 4.2). Each mode adopts self prompt mode to reduce error factors and simplify operations.

 

Up to 8 high-quality interference filters within the filter wheel can be used to select wavelengths (400-750nm). The K3 Plus ELISA reader includes standard filters such as 405nm, 450nm, 492nm, and 630nm filters.

The reading can be processed by connecting to the printer interface through a USB interface.
