Today, let me briefly introduce what the newly added incubator can do:
Convenient color reaction. In some detection experiments (such as BCA protein assay), it is necessary to incubate the sample with the reagent at a constant temperature for a period of time before conducting the detection.
Enzyme activity detection. Enzymes usually need to be at an appropriate temperature (such as 37 ℃) to achieve optimal activity. Adjusting the equipment to this optimal temperature for detection can obtain more accurate enzyme activity results.
Microbial growth curve measurement. Microorganisms such as bacteria need to grow well at a sustained and appropriate temperature. Whether measuring growth curves or monitoring metabolic levels, it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature environment.
