The automatic nucleic acid extractor is a magnetic rod method nucleic acid extractor, Automated extraction and purification operations of nucleic acid samples are achieved through the manipulation of magnetic rods and magnetic rod sleeves, including fragmentation, adsorption, cleaning, and recovery. This system can operate multiple samples simultaneously, with convenient and simple operation, and fast extraction speed. By using universal deep hole plates and magnetic rod sleeves, combined with different types of magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction reagents, animal and plant tissue blood and body fluid samples can be extracted. The fully automatic nucleic acid extractor uses a universal plate as the extraction consumable, and the bottom of the deep hole plate is in full contact with the heating module, greatly improving the temperature uniformity between the holes and reducing the inter hole differences caused by extraction. This system can also be used for the extraction and purification of nucleic acids from human samples.

3. Instrument installation
3.1 Removal of Fixed Components
To prevent the moving parts of the instrument from moving or colliding during transportation, the instrument is fixed with limit screws at the factory. Therefore, during installation, the fixing device of the moving parts needs to be removed (by personnel designated by the supplier or manufacturer).
3.2 Instrument Installation
1) Pre installation inspection: Check the installation environment of the instrument, which should comply with the requirements of "2 Installation Environment Confirmation" in this section.
2) Power cord connection: The power cord included in the instrument packaging box should be used. When connecting the power supply, the switch of the instrument should be in the off state.
Instrument maintenance of BIO-DL 32 Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction System
1. Cleaning of the cavity
At the end of each experiment, a soft cleaning cloth dipped in 75% disinfectant alcohol should be used to clean the chamber.
2. Magnetic cleaning
At the end of each experiment, a soft cleaning cloth dipped in 75% disinfectant alcohol should be used to clean the magnetic rod.
Clean the magnetic rod gently and carefully, and do not damage the magnetic rod due to excessive force.
3. Shell cleaning
At the end of each experiment, a soft cleaning cloth dipped in 75% disinfectant alcohol should be used to clean the instrument casing and keep it clean.
4. Daily maintenance
Anti static: The instrument should be kept away from strong electromagnetic field interference sources to prevent static interference; Dust prevention: The storage environment of the instrument should be kept clean and dust-free. If it is not used for a long time, it should be covered with a dust-proof cloth; Moisture proof: The storage environment of the instrument should be kept dry.
