The Mini centrifuge adopts advanced international design concepts and manufacturing technologies, featuring a smooth and beautiful appearance as well as a compact and stable structure. It inherits advantages such as high versatility and easy operation, and is the only centrifuge among similar products equipped with "smooth start" and "smooth braking" functions. This mini centrifuge is highly suitable for microtube filtration and rapid centrifugation, trace blood cell separation, microbiological sample processing, partition centrifugation in PCR experiments, and prevention of liquid wall-adhesion in centrifuge tubes. It is the preferred choice for handling small batches of centrifugal samples.

 

1. Adopts an advanced and reliable PI high-frequency full-range wide-swing power supply control scheme, compatible with power grids worldwide. The 16-bit MCU calculates PWM speed regulation to more accurately control voltage, current, rotation speed, and effective centrifugation time, ensuring longer motor service life and lower electromagnetic noise even in harsh environments.  

2. Equipped with a reliable and durable DC permanent magnet motor, offering a wider speed regulation range of 500–7,000/10000 rpm with an accuracy of ±5%.  

3. Centrifugal speed can be adjusted in 500 rpm increments; effective centrifugation time ranges from 1–99 minutes or 1–59 seconds. Faster acceleration/deceleration rates enable experiments to be completed in shorter time.  

4. The mainframe and rotor are made of high-strength materials resistant to various chemical corrosion, and the rotor is heat-resistant for disinfection.  

5. Features RSS material shock absorption for smoother operation. The 360° arc-shaped rotating space has no dead angles, low air resistance, minimal temperature rise, and ultra-quiet operation (The whole machine noise ≤47dB).  

6. Equipped with a door cover protection system, overspeed detection, and unbalance detection to monitor the centrifugation process in real time and ensure safe operation. Audio signals will prompt when the operation ends, errors occur, or unbalance is detected, while the machine stops and the LCD displays result codes.

8. DC motor with continuous operation mode, maximum speed 7,000 rpm (MINI-7K).  

9. Features a flip-switch function: it starts when the lid is closed and stops when the lid is opened, ensuring convenient operation.  

10. Maximum capacity: 2ml×8 centrifuge tubes; when used with adapters, it can also accommodate 1.5ml, 0.5ml, or 0.2ml centrifuge tubes.

A: Sample type and volume: Select compatible rotors or adapters based on the specifications of centrifuge tubes (e.g., 0.2mL PCR tubes, 1.5mL EP tubes, 15mL/50mL conical tubes).

Rotational speed and centrifugal force requirements: Higher speeds are required to separate difficult-to-precipitate particles (such as viruses or organelles); lower-speed models can be chosen for routine serum separation.

 

Q: What are the precautions for operating small centrifuges?

A: Balancing operations: Before centrifugation, ensure that the sample weights in symmetrical slots are consistent (with an error ≤ 0.1g) to avoid machine vibration or damage.

Rotor maintenance: Regularly clean the inner cavity of the rotor to prevent corrosion from residual liquids; allow the rotor to cool to room temperature before reinstallation after high-temperature sterilization.
