The BIO-1 pipette delivers exceptional solvent and acid-alkali resistance thanks to its unique structural design. Its lower part can be directly subjected to high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, and each unit is strictly calibrated in accordance with the ISO 8655 standard, balancing durability and accuracy. In terms of detailed design, it is equipped with a telescopic conical nozzle and a pulley-type tip ejector, making tip attachment and ejection more convenient and smooth. The core components are precision-machined from metal screws, with a part accuracy of up to 0.001mm, providing extraordinary accuracy for various liquid transfer tasks. Additionally, models with a volume of 10μl and above are fitted with hydrophobic filters, which reduce the risk of contamination from internal components of the pipette. Covering a single-channel volume range from 0.1μl to 10ml, the BIO-1 pipette meets the pipetting needs of multiple laboratory scenarios, achieving an efficient integration of performance and applicability.
Comfortable operation and ergonomic pipetting maintain accurate results even during prolonged use.
The tip ejection mechanism gently ejects the tip, minimizing contamination of the surrounding work environment by residual liquid. The circular thumb movement during tip ejection is also optimized for ergonomics.
User adjustment ensures accurate results when factory calibration is not applicable. The minimum scale of adjustment matches the pipette's minimum increment.
